工作目标:

在区域主管、班长及相关工程师的指导下，按照生产计划和装配工艺流程， 安全地完成生产任务，保证产品质量。并按照设备的操作说明使用和维护保养设备。同时负责工作场所及周边的环境安全、整洁、有序。

工作职责:

1. 遵守公司各项安全规章，行为准则，和其他制度；

2. 参加公司组织的相关岗位培训，取得岗位操作资质；

3. 按照生产计划和装配工艺流程完成各种装配作业；

4. 在规定的时间内完成装配工作；

5. 对装配的过程和结果按要求进行自检，及时准确完成各项记录；

6. 按照要求正确操作装配设备、吊具、工装、量具等；

7. 按照要求对装配设备、吊具、工装、量具等进行日常的维护和保养；

8. 发现工作中安全、质量、速度或成本的问题及时报告给区域班长或主管；

9. 维持工作场所及周边的环境安全、整洁、有序；

10. 服从工作安排，认真完成本职工作及其他相关的临时工作。

背景及能力要求:

1. 诚实正直,良好的人际沟通能力,强烈的责任心和团队精神；

2. 具有钳工中级技术等级证书；

3. 有装配工作经验优先；

4. 具备良好的安全和质量意识, 严格按规定和流程操作；

5. 具备良好的5S和OPM理念。
