Summary You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) in the INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS DIRECTORATE of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PORT HUENEME DIVISION. Responsibilities You will serve as an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and Cybersecurity (INFOSEC) subject matter expert (SME) in the Intelligence Operations Division. You will provide oversight of cybersecurity and information assurance activities in support of the Division's Special Security Office (SSO) and Advanced Program Support Office (APSO). You will assign and utilize available resources to meet mission requirements for all Division tasking, requirements, actions, and initiatives. You will develop, implement, and evaluate information systems security and cybersecurity policy/programs in accordance with command policies. You will coordinate and participate in internal audits/reviews and compliance inspections of Special Access Program (SAP), Controlled Access Program (CAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security programs. You will lead information system Assess and Authorization projects, meeting authorization standards for new systems and maintaining accreditation for systems awarded Authority to Operate (ATO) designations. You will execute Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and authorization for assigned information systems and infrastructure. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating computer systems to provide guidance on resolving cybersecurity and system vulnerability issues and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements, policies, and regulations.
