Job Description:

Could you be our next Consumer Business Insights (CBI) Manager? 

As the CBI Manager, you are naturally curious in the numbers, a keen problem solver and crafter of insight-led narratives that empower action. This role will work with multiple data sources, as well as utilizing internal sales data to design and deliver clear performance updates and recommendations. What can you expect on a day-to-day basis? 

  • Partnering and advising subject matter experts from around the Macca’s business.

  • Advocating for the customer and helping shape strategic direction of key platforms.

  • Owning continuous tracking tools, including market share, communications, brand, and experience tracking.

  • Deliver to the business quarterly ‘holistic’ reports for brand, experience & market performance

  • Act as point of contact and manage large Quant research, including globally led workstreams

  • Work with stakeholders to define key business challenges and shape research projects that will answer to those challenges

  • Working with Business Insights team and internal sales data to contextualize performance with market dynamics and create integrated performance reports

  • Service ad hoc requests to all CI quant data efficiently 

  • Add that extra level of critical and strategic thinking to agency deliverables

  • Work closely with our trusted research suppliers ensuring we are working well as a collective.

  • Championing the customer voice in various forums to ensure we are staying customer centric.

  • Coaching and collaborating with other teams on how to use consumer data to improve decision making.

Qualifications:

 

Your keys to success: 

  •  Has 6+ years’ experience in Market Research / Consumer insights

  • Prior Quantitative research experience within research agency and/or blue-chip FMCG or QSR brand.

  • Advanced understanding and application of quantitative research methodologies

  • Advanced data analysis

  • Ability to join the dots between multiple sources of information to help inform the bigger picture.

  • Quantitative technical skills Excel, SPSS, Tableau Q (or similar software’s).

  • Excellent data visualization skills and an eye for detail.

  • Business acumen and the ability to communicate across diverse stakeholders

  • Strong skills in project management

  • Confident presenter, ability to present the story from raw data in a compelling way to C-Suite

  • SQL, Power BI, Scenario planning and forecasting (highly desirable)
