SKILLS/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have good mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills.

2. Must be familiar with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and the welding process.

3. Must be able to read and understand technical drawings.

4. Must be able to follow and perform preventive maintenance tasks for equipment and machinery in all departments and keep equipment and machinery in good repair.

5. Repetitive lifting of materials/product up to 50 lbs.

6. Must be able to know and understand blueprints.

7. Must be self-motivated, responsible, and safety conscious.

8. Must be a team player with a sense of urgency.

9.  Willing to work overtime as needed.

10.Technical school training a plus.

11. Two years production support experience a plus.

Good communication skills, must follow written and verbal instructions.  Effective mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and structural systems.  Welding, plasma cutting, shop eqiupment use and operation. Attention to detail and craftsmanship.
