This position reports to DIRECTOR SELF CARE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE and is based in Skillman, NJ. Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025

Role reports to: DIRECTOR SELF CARE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

Location: Skillman, NJ

Travel %: 15-20%

Pay: $144,000 - $195,000

What you will do

This role will serve as the Allergy teams' Consumer & Business Intelligence lead. Through deep consumer understanding, external market knowledge, and implementation of key Kenvue Brand Growth principles, you will be part of a high-performance team that will:

  • Identify opportunities for sustainable business growth

  • Drive short to long-term innovation

  • Develop world-class launch toolkits to increase physical and mental availability for our Pain and Seed market brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively analyzes business and consumer needs to shape organizational strategies and initiatives, ensuring that strategies are consumer—and retailer-ready and influencing retailers to support them.

  • Identifies, prioritizes, and leads the qualification of new initiatives and launch toolkits, including communication assets, to ensure innovation pipeline freshness and sufficiency and delivery of growth goals.

  • Strongly contributes to developing the brand playbooks, which detail the strategy and execution mandatories for each of the key brands and facilitates its consistent execution everywhere to drive efficiency and mental availability for our brands.

  • Serves as a trusted business partner to the cross-functional team with a 360 business view who leverages a strong understanding of the enterprise as well as current and future business needs and financials to identify and address obstacles and positively impact decision-making

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree in relevant field preferred

  • 8 years of total experience, of progressive experience within market research, advanced analytics, consulting or related fields required. FMCG experience is preferred.

  • Extensive experience with consumer research, including methods, techniques, agency partners, and business applications. Must have comfort & aptitude to apply these skills independently to new and complex situations while providing guidance to others on how to interpret/drive action against results.

  • Demonstrated success as an business translator who can effectively coordinate effort and drive impact across end-to-end team of commercial, technical, and capability-focused functions.

  • Experience and/or familiarity with Digital Analytics, Data Science, and advanced analysis techniques, allowing for application in basic routine situations with minimal guidance or supervision.

  • Ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and communicate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely

  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to drive multiple high-profile projects to successful completion and on time.

What’s in it for you

  • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000 to $195,000. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
