Job Purpose:

To plan and facilitate Expeditors in/outbound LCL transshipment consolidation program for economies of scale, control, and security.

  • Work closely with Team Lead to support strategic planning and initiatives to meet department goals.

  • Promote Singapore LCL Gateway with a goal of maximizing profit and volume growth.

  • To work closely with Singapore and Overseas Expeditors offices to plan and execute our LCL via Singapore Gateway timely and efficiently.

  • Process consolidation through Expeditors system which require data entry, and as per outlined in the operations SOP.

  • Manage the overall gateway operations per KPIs outlined in Operational Performance Standards (OPS)

  • Timely consol Billing and Settlement for revenue recognition

  • Manage Order Management (OM) bookings as described in SOP

  • Promote process improvement to develop an efficient and effective team

  • Take up additional tasks as required to meet department’s needs.

  • Complete minimum 52hrs of training per year

  • Tertiary Educational Level

  • Minimum of 1 year of Ocean transportation industry experience

  • Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Good organization skill

  • Good time-management

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
