Who We’re Looking For
Toyota’s Enterprise Compliance Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Privacy Compliance Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide specialized support in the management of privacy incidents and data subject access requests.
Reporting to the Privacy National Manager, the person in this role will support the Enterprise Compliance department's objective to advance the Privacy Compliance Program and enhance the
organization's overall Compliance Management System.
What You’ll Be Doing
Analyze security alerts and incidents related to privacy; lead and coordinate the investigation of privacy incidents; Identify and assist with the resolution of issues related to privacy incident management, including issues related to the incident management platform.
Maintain incident records; prepare reporting for senior management; facilitate regular and ad hoc privacy incident management meetings.
Monitor data subject access requests to ensure timely and compliant processing; report on key metrics; identify and assist with resolution of issues related to processing of requests.
Maintain forms and templates related to data subject rights management.
Assist with carrying out other privacy compliance functions as necessary.
What You Bring
Associate degree (or higher) or equivalent professional work experience
2 – 5 years experience regulatory compliance
2 – 3 years experience in Data Privacy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Capability to work flexible hours, which may include day, evening, and weekend hours.
Added Bonus If You Have
Experience using OneTrust privacy management platform
Experience with Service Now
IAPP certification
Experience with legal and regulatory compliance frameworks
