As part of our MedValet (Shuttle Wheel Chair Service) team, you will be responsible for ensuring patients compassionate, safe and efficient transfer between healthcare facilities.

Job Duties:

• Supervise patients during transportation
• Assist the patient in and out of the shuttle vehicle with use of wheelchair
• Comfort patients and families by offering support an encouragement, respecting procedure schedules, and demonstrating care and cultural sensitivity
• Assist facility staff with escorting both the patient and belongings to and from the vehicle
• Maintain current State of Illinois drivers license
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Present and promote a positive company image
