Job Title: Cleaning Technician (Full Time)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our apartment community. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all common areas, hallways, and amenities are kept clean and presentable for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all common areas, hallways, and amenities of the apartment community, including but not limited to: lobbies, elevators, stairwells, fitness center, pool area, and laundry facilities.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.

• Ensure that all trash and debris is properly disposed of.

• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
