Your responsibilities

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for material management and component availability to support the factory production schedules of finished goods, in-house production, customer service assemblies and accessories. The procurement of components is managed through calculations, analysis, and communication through scheduling agreements, notifications and vendor interaction. The Supply Chain Analyst optimizes and develops all different facets of the supply chain to improve delivery and cost through structured problem solving and leading improvement projects. The position responsibility requires monitoring of vendor performance to ensure adequate delivery fulfillment and timely shipments. Delivery and inventory requirements are based of developed inventory and lean manufacturing strategies, targeting calculated cost optimization versus material availability and inventory coverage. For example: the daily work requires structured problem solving, root cause analysis and project lead responsibilities, in order to continuously improve communication automation/ digitalization, delivery lead times, inventory optimization and cost improvement/ savings of materials from the global vendor base. In addition the responsibilities involve, process development, material flow understanding, Total Cost of Ownership calculations and analyses, phase-in/phase-out process coordination, and optimization responsibility.

Material Planning:

Apply Supply Chain Management strategies and maintain proactive material planning with the objective of providing on time delivery to support demand requirements vs. cost. Follow internal processes as defined.

Define, develop and apply Inventory Strategies to optimize cost vs. delivery, to maximize operating efficiency.
