The pay range is $89,700.00 - $161,500.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. A role on the Enterprise Insights team means you will be a champion and voice for consumers, inspiring and influencing the organization to act in their best interest. You will help partners better understand and empathize with consumers,

leading to clear, actionable consumer-centric strategies.

As a Senior Insights Manager, you will report to the Director of Segment and Audience Understanding and be responsible for creating Enterprise-wide understanding of consumers regarding demographics, behaviors, needs, and

attitudes. In your role on the Segment and Audience Understanding team you will delve deep into various consumer groups to highlight growth opportunities and priorities for the enterprise. You will be responsible for building learning plans,

designing and executing consumer research with research agency partners, and interpreting shopper and market analytics. You will create a deeper understanding of consumer segments and audiences that you will then leverage to educate and influence Target leaders and decision-makers.

About You:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of work experience in Shopper/Consumer Insights and/or Consumer Data Analytics

  • Strong knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, syndicated and first-party insight tools

  • Ability to communicate and influence across different levels and functions in the organization

  • Strong business acumen and storytelling skills

  • Highly curious with the ability to navigate ambiguity
