Citigroup Product Development Group Manager in Miami, Florida

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Development Group Manager for its Miami, Florida location.

Duties: Review USD liabilities portfolio pricing for LATAM Countries, and Client Resolution liquidity adequacy and positioning ratio to ensure the correct pricing of liabilities. Review, approve and discuss the total transfer pricing variables such us Pool, Hedge level, Liquidity Premium and Cost of funds in order to provide pricing for LATAM Clients. Manage the Beta (% of pass-through of the monetary policy decisions) of the LATAM USD portfolio clients. Conduct and prepare client meetings to adjust the cost of funds for each relationship. Review and analyze the portfolio of USD for LATAM domiciled clients to achieve a well-mixed Balance sheet proportion on regards of concentrations. Review client proposals across the LATAM region, considering the structural value of the deposits. Provide Liquidity Management Solutions for LATAM clients. Analyze product offers for clients including Minimum Maturity Time Deposits, Time Deposits, Money Market Funds, Interest Bearing accounts, Earning credits, Yankee Sweeps, and Investment management solutions. Actively participate as an advisor on transfer pricing methodology for the North America deposit portfolio. Forecast potential revenues by modeling financial variables in the USD deposit portfolio. Discuss and understand changes in transfer pricing variables with Balance sheet managers. Participate in internal sales meetings and prepare materials in order to provide information regarding each Cluster/Segment portfolio updates. Manage client portfolios in clusters and sectors throughout the Andean Region (Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador), Mexico, Brazil, CCA (Central Caribbean and Central America), South America (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay), Public Sector, Financial Institutions, and Corporate Institutions. Develop and deploy new products to extend the footprint of the product offer across LATAM countries. Prepare and present materials for new product approvals to senior committees. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering (any) or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as an Advisory Lead Analyst, Risk Treasurer, Business Unit Manager, or related position involving liquidity and portfolio management for clients across LATAM countries. 6 years of experience must include: Analyzing tax and foreign investment regulations for countries across the LATAM region; Knowledge of dividend repatriation policies, intercompany lending and FX laws for countries across the LATAM region; Communicating results and presenting financial strategies and options to clients; Conducting financial analyses at both the country and client level to advise on optimal financial solutions; and Identifying leads and opportunities for financial portfolios. 2 years of experience must include: Advising clients on global monetary policies and macroeconomic conditions; and Managing and executing commercialization actions, including analyzing clients’ inflows and outflows to understand liquidity need.
