Robert Half is currently searching for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Coordinator Representative, based in Kent, Washington, in the industrial equipment service, repair, and installation industry. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain work order records for service, repair, and operations using company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programs and processes.

• Coordinate the scheduling of all service, repair, and equipment installation jobs to meet customer requirements. This includes scheduling assigned branch service technicians.

• Work in coordination and consultation with Technician Team Leaders and Service Manager to maximize customer satisfaction and technician efficiency.

• Order all parts and locally supplied materials required for product installation and service/repair jobs. Maintain inventory levels for materials and parts in stock following guidelines established by the Service Manager.

• Provide excellent customer service, resolving internal and external inquiries and issues.

• Utilize project coordination skills to organize and manage multiple tasks for one project.

• Use Salesforce and Oracle Service Max systems to assist in project coordination and customer service tasks.

• Conduct order entry tasks as part of the project coordination duties.

• Use MS Office and Excel Formulas to assist in project scheduling and planning.

• Assist customers and resolve customer service issues as part of the customer service representative duties.

• Coordinate logistics related to construction projects and industrial properties.

Requirements

• Proficiency in coordinating logistics and managing construction projects.

• Experience with industrial properties is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Oracle ERP.

• Prior experience in project coordination and scheduling.

• Proficient in Salesforce administration.

• Ability to assist customers and resolve customer service issues effectively.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• High level of professionalism and integrity.

• Flexibility to work in different shifts if required.

• Education in a relevant field is desirable.
