Cox Enterprises Automotive Parts Specialist II (Manheim) in Kent, Washington

This position is responsible for parts ordering within the retail collision center and auction paint and body repair departments, as directed by management. This position is also responsible for ensuring the vehicle repairs meet customer expectations. What's In It for You? What You'll Do: Provides Logistics Support duties within a site or location. Receives incoming deliveries from carriers. Verifies incoming delivery purchase orders against records in the appropriate database. Delivers packages to intended recipients and obtains appropriate signatures. Sorts and delivers USPS and other packages and mail. Uses the parts and sublet vendors to receive and return packages as needed. Takes routine site tours to collect mail and outgoing packages. Affixes postage to all outgoing mail. Compares identifying information with bills of lading, invoices, purchase orders and other records. Maintains and updates reports and required documentation. Who You Are: Required: High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Experience in ordering automotive parts Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required Effective communication and organization skills Solid computer skills Strong attention to detail Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb. Ability to constantly enter and exit vehicles. Ability to lift 1 - 15 pounds (i.e., starters, alternators, A/C units, etc). Manual dexterity, repetitive motion tasks. Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus MCCOX USD 19.04 - 28.51 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $19.04 - $28.51/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
