Planning Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain good communication with their assigned site(s).

  • Monitor PMs, WOs, and Inspections for their site(s).

  • Discuss overdue tasks with site(s) leadership.

  • Maintain the Metrics reporting weekly for their site(s).

  • Update PM schedule to fit the changing needs of site(s).

  • Order Uniforms for the site(s) team(s).

  • Assist in data collection of any kind. Example: How many locker WOs were there for the month?

  • Visit site(s) once a week unless instructed otherwise.

  • Share discoveries with data discrepancies in program(s) -or- errors.

  • Foster a positive culture with engineer and client interactions.

  • Maintain “Thanks You” card stock.

  • Complete eLearning assignments.

  • Submit Harbour safety observation once a month at minimum.

  • While on the clock be accessible via work phone and/or messenger.

  • Be well versed in Excel and understand Excel VBA
