How you'll make an impact:

As a Program Operations Manager at Pandora + SiriusXM, you'll work cross functionally with business and technology teams to drive Go to Market Operations for our highest impact initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to turn insights into action, own the development of and maintain go to market milestones, and drive programs to launch.  The Technology Program Operations team partners with technology and business leaders to drive strategic analyses, optimize business performance, and deliver best-in-class execution. This is a role that requires leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and proficient understanding of product development and Go to Market Operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for structure and operational rigor - but loves working in an entrepreneurial environment, offering a proactive approach to creating impact in a fast-paced setting.
