Description

Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Manager with excellent administrative skills and people management skills. As the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee a highly efficient Customer Service team of 5 and ensure that the office is running smoothly. This is a business-to-business service company so similar customer service experience is required. This role is on-site in the Tinton Falls area and comes with excellent benefits!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer service operations

• Handle escalations

• Create business reports and analyze data

• Train new hires and assist with onboarding

• Ad-hoq administrative tasks

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of leadership experience

• 4+ years of customer service experience in an office environment

• Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
