For more information visit gobearcats.com. Job Overview The University of Cincinnati (UC), Department of Athletics seeks applications for a Sports Program Associate for the Men's Basketball program. As many as two positions will be filled. The positions will be responsible for one or more of the following functions withing the program: video coordination, recruiting assistant, practice planning and participation, and/or facilitation of workouts while following University of Cincinnati and departmental policies, NCAA Division I, and Conference bylaws and regulations. Essential Functions Responsible for different aspects of administration within a sport program which may include: Video Coordination (plan, edit, and produce videography used in coaching and scouting student-athletes Recruiting Associates (supports recruiting activities through scouting, planning and coordination of official visits) Administrative Associate (provide direct administrative support and coordination to the coaching staff and support personnel) Quality Control (provides support to the coaching staff through film breakdown, evaluation of student-athletes and development) Identify program needs and implement program improvements. Collaborate with staff to perform administrative tasks in line with program and department goals. Serve as ambassador of the program and look for opportunities to connect the program to the community and business partners. May plan and participate in practice and facilitate workouts.
