Amentum is looking for an Office Supply Center Lead to join our team in Chantilly, VA .

Primary responsibilities:

• Primary Point of Contact and interface to the customer

• Overall program compliance with contract requirements and customer satisfaction,

• Retrieve, track, and process orders from OSC located in SAP for fulfillment.

• Transfer order requests from the classified to the unclassified system.

• Coordinate order retrieval and delivery of supplies to customers from site-specified delivery area to customers.

• Respond to customers’ requests for order status, and cancellation of orders, and coordinate alternative items for back-orders or discontinued items.

• Coordinate the return of inaccurate, non-conforming, or damaged items for replacements.

• Manage and oversee Onsite Delivery personnel.

• Set delivery schedules for HQ and other sites as requested.

• Create and provide all reporting and metrics for product ordering and delivery.

• Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers.

• At a minimum, personnel providing onsite support and/or desktop delivery services will require TS/SCI access.

Minimum Requirements

• High school

• At least 1year of office supply experience.
