We are seeking a charismatic Tour Guide to enhance our guest experience at Ozark Hills Winery. As the face of our winery, you will welcome visitors, guiding them through the rich tapestry of our wine-making history and our signature wine collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly as they enter, setting the tone for an exceptional visit.

• Conduct engaging and informative tours within our facility, highlighting the journey from grape to glass.

• Escort guests to our specialized tasting rooms and introduce them to our knowledgeable wine tenders.

• Enhance guest understanding and appreciation of our wines by providing insightful commentary and addressing any questions they may have.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience.

• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Prior experience in the wine industry or as a tour guide is preferred but not required.
