What youll do

  • Efficiently sell home, auto, boat, life, etc, insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat
  • Analyze customers' insurance needs based on a needs discovery conversation
  • Leverage technology to quote insurance coverages with multiple companies to find clients the best fit for their needs
  • Clearly explain insurance proposals to clients leveraging a consultative and empathetic approach
  • Identify and capitalize on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • May conduct field visits as necessary
  • Work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills:written, verbal and listening
  • No insurance experience necessary! We will reimburse licensing fees (license is required before start date) and provide extensive training so you become an insurance sales expert!
  • High School Degree or relevant work experience
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to multitask, strong computer, analytical, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills
