A Day in the Life
Support the Neuroscience Grants and Donations process, serving as a contact for both the business and health care organizations.
Conduct prompt analysis of funding requests received from health care professionals and related organizations/societies in Medtronic Giving Connection.
Proactively communicate with requesters and business partners to obtain relevant information to support analysis and funding decision.
Ensure alignment of requests with established business criteria/priorities for third-party education of medical professionals and patients.
Lead internal efforts to further develop/improve funding-assessment process and/or funding guidelines.
Maintain contact with third-party requesters and the Neuroscience Sales organization
Assist members of the Neuroscience Sales organization with questions about charitable fundraiser requests or the grants process in general.
Document necessary information related to the Physician Payments Sunshine Act.
Model a culture of ethics and integrity.
Must Haves
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with Microsoft Office
Fluent in English level
1 or 2 years of experience working with payment processing, data entry, customer service, payable accountants, or related areas
Strong customer service skills
Team player
Nice to Haves
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Neuroscience products and therapies and related disease states
Knowledge with Power BI
